Morning

Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Father God

Reading : 1 Peter 2 verse 12

Meditation : consider what is taught here.
What is God saying to you about living for Him today?

Pray to be used by God wherever He sends you – even today!

Father, Son and Holy Spirit,
I have read these words.
Here I am.
Use even me I ask  – even today.
With the Spirit’s help
In Jesus’ Name
Amen.

Midday

Take time to listen for God to speak with you at this time of day

Ask….seek….knock….. Thy Kingdom Come! 

Evening

Reading : read verse 12 again

Reflect on these words…. and pray in response as the day closes

Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done, In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Morning

Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Jesus, Saviour and Lord

Reading : 1 Peter 2 verse 11

Meditation : take time and consider this one verse as the day starts.
What is God saying to you from it?

Pray in response to know God’s peace and grace – even today

Father God,
I read
I believe
I need Your help
I receive
….Even now
In Jesus’ name I ask, Amen.

Midday

Pray the Prayer for the Month as your own midday prayer

LORD God, hear our prayers we ask.
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done.  Amen.

Evening

Reading : read this particular verse again

Reflect on what God is saying here and then Pray in praise to Him at the end of your day.

LORD God, our God, have mercy we call out.

Living on the Frontline

Meditation :  take time to consider these words of teaching from Peter.
What is God saying to you from them today?

and then pray in response to the God of these verses

O LORD God,
As I read these words
Make them true in my life
By the help of your Holy Spirit.

Pray for your church family to know God’s Kingdom blessings!

Thy Kingdom come! Thy will be done!  Amen.

Reading : 1 Peter 2 verses 9 and 10

Meditation : consider these 2 verses again.
What is God saying to you about who you are in Christ Jesus?
What words stay with you as you go into your day?             

and Pray in response – to this God who has chosen us in Christ Jesus

Amen we pray together this new day.

Pray the Lord’s Prayer as your own midday prayer

Evening

Reading : read the 2 verses again

Reflect on these great words and then Pray

LORD God, our God, receive our evening praise and hear our prayers at the end of this day.   Amen.

Is there someone you need to tell about Jesus – today?

And let Your Holy Spirit work in and through me.
As You are doing across the world.

Pray God’s blessing on all turning to Him in prayer in our land today

Father God, thank you for the work of Try Praying.
Hear our prayers and bless all who call on you today.
