Which words or verses could you share with someone else in a place of need today?
Hold onto the words of verses 1-3…..16-19…..30-34 as you turn to God in prayer.

After Praying…..read again verses 46-50

Meditation :  consider carefully and prayerfully this psalmist’s prayer.
Which verses stay with you? Why is that?
What is God’s message for you as this day starts?

Pray in response to what you have read – as God leads you

That Your kingdom come, your will is done.

Pray for peace in our world.

Meditation :  take time to slowly consider this short psalm.
What is your answer to the question in verse 1?
What is God saying to you today from verses 2-5? 

Then take time to Pray in response to the One who is God Most High
and what He requires of you.

Oh help my unbelief
And cleanse me afresh.
