Pray in response to Him who is ‘the Living One’

Lord,

My Saviour and King!

Help me trust and hope in You alone,
Even for those things that cause me fear and concern at the end of this day,

What is God saying to you today from them? What is your response?

LORD God,
Thank you for the way you brought salvation to our world
Through Christ Jesus.
As we open our hearts to You this morning
Teach us more of Your truth in these days of Advent
And continue to bless Your church we ask
With Your kindness and peace.

About your kingdom rule

O God of mercy, hear our prayers.

O Father, Son and Holy Spirit,

Make us a Kingdom people we call out
