Reading : GENESIS chapter 41 vs 1-40
Meditation : take time and consider this part of the Joseph story this Sunday morning.
Pharaoh’s dreams

What is God saying to you in your life at this time?
How has He said it?

And then pray in response

O God, our God
We bow before you
We believe in you
We trust in you
We offer you our words and dreams
This new day
In Jesus’ Name, Amen

Pray the Prayer for the Month as your own midday prayer

O God of Adam
Abraham, Jacob and Joseph

Travel with us

God of beginnings

Reading : read these particular verses again from GENESIS chapter 41 vs 1-40
Reflect on the words and images and then Pray in response to this God

O LORD, hear our evening prayers we ask
As we thank you for the blessings of this Sunday
And what you are saying to us
For we believe and trust in you
As we pilgrimage on towards tomorrow
With hope and confidence in You above all others

Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread
And forgive us our sins
As we forgive those who sin against us.
Lead us not into temptation
But deliver us from evil.
For Yours is the kingdom, the power and the glory.
