Daily Devotions for Wednesday 4th November, 2020
Morning
Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from God, the Three in One
Reading : PROVERBS 18 verse 10
Meditation : prayerfully consider these words about the name of the LORD.
The name of the LORD is a strong fortress;
the godly run to him and are safe.
What do these words mean for you at this time?
Then pray in response to this God of ours – a strong fortress
As you give thanks – also name others in need known to you
O LORD our God,
These are our morning prayers
In Jesus’ name
Amen and amen!
Midday
Pray God’s blessing on those in need of God’s protection at this time
O LORD, hear our prayers and bless them real good we ask.
Evening
Reading : read the verse again from PROVERBS 18
Reflect on the words you read and then pray in response to this God
LORD God, strong God, our God, hear our evening prayers
As we thank you for all you have provided this day
As we thank you for your protecting hand this day
As we name others to you.
In Jesus’ name, Amen
