Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Father God

Reading : EXODUS 6 verses 2-13

Meditation : take time to consider what is said here by the LORD to Moses and the Israelites.
How does God describe Himself?
Note their responses.
What is your response today to the LORD, mighty in power?

Take time to Pray to this God, the LORD, mighty in power.
Include StageNSlam in your prayers.

In Jesus’ Name

Midday

Take time to listen for God to speak with you at this time of the day
Ask….seek….knock…….hear…..

LORD God, thank you, thank you.  

Evening 

Reading : read the words again from Exodus 6

Reflect on this God, more than on Moses and the Israelites…. and pray in response

LORD God, our great God,
For all of today
I thank You.
As with my trust and hope in You alone,
Even for those things that cause me fear and concern at the end of this day,
Help me to rest in Your unfailing love and on Your faithful Word
And that You are who You say You are
The LORD God, mighty in power.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from the LORD God, the Eternal One

Reading : EXODUS 5 verse 1 – ch.6 verse 1

Meditation : consider these events of suffering endured by the Israelites.
Look again at verses 22 – ch.6 verse 1.
What is God saying to you about suffering justice in our world?

Then Pray in response for others
In our world
In our country
In our church family 

LORD God,
Like Moses, hear our cry
And may even we see
Your kingdom justice come
Your righteous will be done
In our time.

Amen and amen we pray together this day.

Midday

Pray for our Artisans group helping others in Jesus’ name
LORD, hear our prayers and bless them real good we ask. 

Evening

Reading : read the given verses again
Reflect on their meaning for our times and pray in response…for others

King of kings, LORD God Almighty, hear our evening prayers.
Comfort those who suffer.
Sustain those who care and provide.
Show Your hand in our day.

Amen we call out together.

Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from God, the Holy Spirit, on this Sunday

Reading : EXODUS 4 verses 1-17

Meditation : take time and consider these words and what happens here.
Notice how Moses replies to God.
What is God saying to you and asking of you today? How do you answer Him?

Then Pray to this God in response

LORD God,
I read
I hear
Give me grace
To respond aright
To what You ask of me

Amen.

Pray for the launch of StageNSlam tonight at Northfield
O God, hear our prayers and bless all we ask.

Evening

Reading : read these words again from Exodus 4

Reflect on the truths beyond the words and then Pray to this God …
O Father, Son and Holy Spirit, hear our evening prayers.

Meditation :  take time to consider these verses and what God said to Moses.    What is God saying to you today?

Pray in response to Him – for our leaders and elders

O Spirit of God,
Hear our cry
And speak with
And lead
Our leaders and elders
– even today

In Jesus’ name we ask- Amen.

Pray the Lord’s Prayer as your own midday prayer

God of grace and mercy, our Father God… hear our prayers. 

Evening

Reading : read these words spoken again, from Exodus 3

Reflect on the words spoken….. and Pray in response to this God of ours
Living God, hear our evening prayers.

Morning

Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from the LORD God

Reading :  EXODUS 3 verses 7-15

Meditation :  take time to consider these verses…..
What do they teach you today?
What is your response to God and His Word?

And then Pray in response as God leads you

Father God in heaven,
Hear our prayers
That Your kingdom come,
Your will is done
On earth as it is in heaven.

Pray God’s blessing on the persecuted Church in Iraq
O LORD God, have mercy and hear our prayers.
