Morning

Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from God, the Holy Spirit

Reading : Joel 2 verses 18-32

Meditation : take time to consider these great words of prophetic hope.
What is God saying to you for today?

And then Pray in response – using verses 23 and 32 

O God,
Hear my prayer
And
As I thank you for these words I read
Come visit us Your people again
Afresh
Anew
I so ask.
Amen we pray together this new day.

Midday

Pray the words of the Lord’s Prayer as your own midday prayer.
(The words can be found in Matthew 6 or on LK website under Prayer tab)

LORD, Amen and Amen.

Evening

Reading : read the verses again

Reflect on these prophetic words…. and then Pray to this God
LORD God, our God, hear our prayers.

Reading :   Joel chapter 1

Meditation : take time to consider this chapter from yesteryear
Note again the words of verses 13-15.
What is God saying to you today? 

Take time to Pray in response to what you read as God leads you

Midday

Pray the Prayer for the Month as your midday prayer.

Reading : read the chapter again

Reflect slowly on the words you have just read and pray in response
Lord Jesus, hear our evening prayers.

PROPHET TIME

Morning

Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Father God

Reading : Hosea 6 verse 1 – ch.7 verse 2

Meditation :   take time and consider all that is said here….
Note verses 1-3 and 6.
What is God saying to you from these verses?

then pray in response for God’s touch upon your life afresh

(Pray your own words to the LORD God……..)

O LORD, hear our prayers.

Midday

Pray God’s blessing on someone in need known to you
Lord, hear our prayers and bless them real good we ask.

Evening

Reading : read verses 1-3 again

Reflect on God’s forgiveness and healing touch
and Pray in response to this God

O LORD, hear our evening prayers

Morning

Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Jesus

Reading : Daniel chapter 12

Meditation : take time and consider this final chapter.
What did Daniel hear about the end times?
What do these verses teach you about our God? 

and then pray in response – to be ever ready each day

O LORD our God,
Thank you that you hold the keys of time
And that You work all things according to Your great plan and purpose.
Teach me – help me
To keep in step with Your Spirit
As Your Kingdom comes, Your will is done.

Reflect on what it teaches you and then pray in response to this God

LORD God, Father God, hear our many different prayers –
as we thank you for the book of Daniel – and all you have taught us in these days.

Morning

Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Father God

Reading : Daniel 11 verses 36-45

Meditation : consider this part of the Bible…and what will happen to this king.
What words stay with you?
What is God saying to you today?

Pray to the One who is the Eternal King of kings

(Pray your own words at the start of this day)

Take time to listen for God to speak with you at this time of day.
Ask…seek…knock……hear.
Lord….thank you. 

Evening

Reading : read these 10 verses again

Reflect on the words…. and pray in response as they speak to you
LORD God, our great God, Amen.

Morning

Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from the LORD God, the Eternal One

Reading : Daniel 11 verses 2 – 35

Meditation : consider this part of the Bible.
Note verses 31-35 especially.
What is God saying to you today?

Pray in response to the God of all wisdom and help

LORD God,
Give me a servant heart I pray
Teach me
Help me
Even this day.
Amen and amen.

Pray for someone you know to meet with Jesus
O LORD, hear our prayers!

Reflect on their meaning and pray to this God of Daniel’s
King of kings, hear our evening prayers.
