Meditation :  take time….and enjoy this psalm with God, our giving-God
Pray to Him in morning praise
God of outrageous grace,
Thank you that there is enough grace for even me.
I offer my morning praise to You.
I trust the words of verse 8 to be wonderfully true
And I start my day with You, the everlasting LORD.
In Jesus’ Name,  Amen

Say nothing – take time to listen for God to speak with you at this time of the day

Pray to Him in response – in evening worship

Meditation :   consider what Israel wanted, how Samuel responded and what God said
Pray to God our King
God of Samuel and of Israel,
Teach us Your ways
And help us to serve and please You
Above all others, even ourselves,
That your kingdom may truly be seen on earth.

Meditation :   consider why David trusted God, although He is high in heaven and
Praise Him in prayer
LORD God on high
We bow before You this day.
Saviour God who walks with us
We trust in You this day.
Loving Father God
Thank you that You have a purpose for each of us.

Pray for those who work with TEAR Fund in our world of need

Reflect on these words again and Pray in response to our God

Meditation :   consider reasons to sing to the LORD – even this day
Pray the words of a song or hymn known to you.
Hear me I pray.

And help us to be a people with songs of praise!

Meditation :   consider the reasons why David wanted to praise God
Call out to God and praise Him at the start of the day.
Praise my soul – the King of Heaven and all of earth!
Praise Him this new day!
Praise my soul – the God who is my King!
I praise Him this new morning!
He is Love and Faithfulness – even to me.
