Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Father God

Reading : LUKE chapter 9 vs 46-50

Meditation : take time and consider this part of the Bible this morning.
What do Jesus’ words mean for you today?

And then pray in response – as your day starts
including for others young and old!

(Pray your own words to the LORD God.)

O Jesus,
Who spoke these words,
Help me to follow you more closely
And seek the Kingdom of God
Above all else
Even today.
Amen.

Pray God’s blessing on someone you talked with this past week
Father God…hear our prayers and bless them each and all we ask.

Evening
Reading : read this short passage again from Luke
Reflect on the verses and events at the end of your day
and Pray in response to God – Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The healing of a boy with an evil spirit.

What is God saying to you today about Himself?

O LORD our God,
Great and Powerful
Merciful and Healing
Thank you for what we have read this moring
As we name others in need before You,
