Upper Room day – time-out with God

Morning
Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Father God

Reading : JONAH chapter 2

Meditation : consider this passage – Jonah’s prayer.
What is God saying to you today from this passage?
What is your response to Him today?

Take time to Pray in response to the LORD our God
With honest humility

In Jesus’ Name
Amen.

Midday
Take time to listen for God to speak with you at this time of day
‘Thy Kingdom come’ Father God
LORD our God…thank you.

Evening
Reading : read the passage again from Jonah 2
Reflect on Jonah’s words…. And then pray to our God in response
Father God, our gracious God, hear our evening prayers,
As we return our thanks to you.
As we look back on our day
As we trust you for tomorrow
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

7.30am-7.15pm

With opportunities to pray with others
7.30-8am
12noon-12.30pm
7-7.15pm

You are invited to use these places with space this week
and encouraged to journey on in prayer and devotion

God of grace and mercy…and hope, hear our prayers.
