Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from God, the Holy Spirit

Reading : GALATIANS 3 verses 1-14
Meditation : take time to consider what is said here by Paul.
What had the Galatian believers done wrong?
What is God saying to you today?

And then Pray in response to live afresh to please God – by faith

O God,
Hear my prayer
And help me I ask
By Your Holy Spirit
To be more like Jesus
In every way.
Amen we pray together this new day.

Midday
Pray the Lord’s Prayer as your midday prayer
(See Matthew 6 or online under the Prayer tab on LK website)
God of grace and mercy…and hope, hear our prayers.

Evening
Reading : read the set verses again from chapter 3
Reflect on the words written…. and then Pray to this God
LORD God, our God, hear our evening prayers.
Forgive us. Help us.
In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Meditation : consider these verses about saving faith – being right with God
What do they mean for you?

And then Pray in response as God leads you

O God of amazing grace
Amen – we pray together.

Pray God’s blessing on those who feel alone or lonely at this time
Father God, hear our prayers and bless them each real good we ask

Evening
Reading : read these 7 verses again
Reflect on the words you have just read and pray in response
Lord Jesus, hear our evening prayers
As we return our thanks to You.

Lord, hear our prayers and bless them each real good we ask.

Reflect on how they apply to your life….and Pray in response to God – for others
O LORD, hear our evening prayers
And bless Your Church we ask.

Reading : GALATIANS 1 verses 11-24
Meditation : consider these words of Paul’s story of faith
What do they mean for you today?
What is God saying to you from them?

And then turn the words of verse 15 into your morning prayer.

In Jesus’ Name
Amen!

Midday
Take time to listen for God to speak with you at this time of day
In the Upper Room….or where you are
Ask…… seek…… knock……….hear!
Father, thank you.

Evening
Reading : read these verses again
Reflect on the words from Paul and then pray in response to what they say to you
Father God, thank you for amazing saving grace – even to me!
