Morning
Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from the Living God

Reading : HEBREWS 3 verses 12-19
Meditation : take time and slowly consider these words.
Which words stay with you?

and then pray humbly and honestly in response to this God

O LORD God,
God of promise
Who speaks to His people,
Hear our prayers
And teach us
In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Midday
Pray for a church near your home to know Sunday blessings
O LORD, God of mercy, hear our cry!

Evening
Reading : read these verses again
Reflect on how they apply to your life…. and then Pray in response
O LORD, hear our evening prayers we ask
And grant us Your rest.

Thy Kingdom Come #Praise

As part of the follow-up to the Thy Kingdom Come prayer venture last year around the world…and in preparation for May later this year… we pause as God’s people this weekend and consider the theme again of #Praise

Take a few minutes now – or when you are practically able – with God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit – and spend time in prayer and praise with Him – even with songs of praise for who He is and what He has done in Christ Jesus – and in this past week.

My Saviour
My Guide
I stand before You
With a heart full of praise
For who You are
For all You have done in Christ Jesus
For all the blessings of this week

Reading : HEBREWS 3 verses 7-11
Meditation : take time to consider these verses about Rest.
What is God saying to you today from His Word?

And then Pray in response

O God,
Giver of rest,
Hear my prayer
And help me I ask
To learn from Your Word today.
Amen we pray together this new day.

Midday
Pray the Lord’s Prayer as your midday prayer

God of grace and mercy…and hope, hear our prayers.

Evening
Reading : read the verses again
Reflect on these words…. and then Pray to this God
LORD God, our God, hear our evening prayers
And help us, oh help us to learn from these words.
