Morning
Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from the LORD God, the Eternal One

Reading : GENESIS 27 verse 46 – ch.28 verse 9

Meditation : take time to consider these words..and these people.
How would you describe their relationship with God..and with each other?
What is God saying to you today?
What is your response to Him?

Then take time to Pray in response to Him – for your family at this time

LORD God,
Give grace and forgiveness and healing we call out
And hear our morning prayers
That Your Kingdom life might be evidenced
Even today in those we name before You.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Midday

Pray God’s blessing on the land and people of Syria at this time
O LORD, hear our prayers at this time of day and have mercy we ask.

Evening
Reading : read the verses again from Genesis
Reflect on their meaning for you and your family and pray in response…to Father God
O Living and True God, hear our evening prayers
And forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sinned against us even today.

Thy Kingdom Come

Each Saturday morning we are revisiting a theme from the Thy Kingdom Come prayer venture… something that was launched by the Archbishop of Canterbury for the days leading up to Pentecost during the last two years….it was a call for the Church to seek and experience God’s Kingdom rule in our lives and churches and communities and land and across our world.

Today we pause to pray….

Take time and space in a place where you can pause to pray with the LORD our God – Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Thy Kingdom come
Thy will be done
On earth

In my life
In my street
In my family
In my Church family
In my city
In my nation
As it is in Heaven
