As we step into the weekend- with God – together – you may want to revisit today’s Daily Devotions from ROMANS chapter 2 verses 6-11– as we continue to consider the GOOD NEWS about Jesus through 2022

We PAUSE with the Lord in prayer as the day closes

We REJOICE in the help and blessings He has given this particular Friday – to us and to others

We ASK for His presence, peace and strength – for ourselves and for others in our church family and our nation and in our world at this time

We YIELD – say Yes – to His Kingdom ways for tomorrow

Reading : ROMANS chapter 2 verses 6-11

Meditation : consider these particular words this morning.
The Judgment of God for All.
What is God teaching/reminding you today?
What is your response?

And then Pray in response – as God leads you
Pray with confidence to our God to bless others in our world in these days

Amen – we pray together.

Midday
Pray God’s blessing on the Church in Bangladesh
Father God, hear our prayers, have mercy and give help we ask.

Evening
Reading : read this passage again from ROMANS chapter 2 verses 6-11
Reflect on the words you have just read and pray in response

Lord Jesus, hear our evening prayers as we respond to these words
And bring mercy and hope to those in need this evening we ask.
Amen.

Then turn to pray to God in response

O LORD our God,
Thank you for all these words
And all they teach me about who you are.
Receive my sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving
And help me seize each moment to share your Good News
In Jesus’ name, Amen

Midday
Pray God’s blessing on the Church in India
O LORD, give help and hear our prayers we ask this day.

Evening
Reading : read this short passage again from ROMANS chapter 1 verses 16+17
Reflect on the words you have read and then pray in response – to this God, our God

LORD God, our God,
God who deserves our thanks
Hear the evening prayers of your people
For we are indeed in need of rescue from this world
