As a Church we believe in the reality and power of Prayer.
A Prayer Wall is now available on the Kirk website.
You can find this in the PRAYER section on the LK website…and we will be doing our best to keep this section more relevant and fresh.
Please have a look.
Please add your own prayer whenever you wish or need to.
Each prayer written will be monitored first by members of the Prayer Team before it is made public, so anything private or abusive will be picked up.
You are invited to ask for follow-up if it is helpful or to mention if you wish the prayer content to remain private within the Prayer Team and not be made public on the Wall.
Please remember that the Prayer Team can be contacted through John and Lindsay with any request and they will prayerfully act on the content. The Team members can also meet you somewhere suitable if this is required. There is also a Prayer Box for any request in the Kirkgate Foyer and a Prayer Bench will soon be available in the Kirkyard – a place to pause with God.
A prayer….
Lord, we hand this new venture over to You.
We thank You for the wonder of Prayer.
Now we ask you to do amazing things among us through this Prayer Wall!
Give us wisdom and answers!
In Jesus’ name
Amen.

O LORD our God,
God Most High,
We hear your call
