Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Jesus, Saviour and Lord

Reading : ISAIAH 30 verses 18-33

Meditation : take time and consider what is said here.
Imagine the peoples involved.
What is God saying to you today from His Word?

Pray in response to God – Father, Son and Holy Spirit

O LORD
Our God
God of amazing grace
Hear our morning prayers
We ask
In Jesus’ name
Amen.

Midday
Take time to listen for God to speak with you at this time of day
Ask, seek, knock….hear!
Father God…thank you.

Evening
Reading : read the passage again
Reflect on the words from yesteryear and then Pray….to the LORD our God
God of greatness and majesty and amazing grace
We bring our evening worship to you
As we name our church family members before you
In Jesus’ name.
Amen and Amen.

Meditation : consider this short chapter as your day starts
What is God saying to you today from this passage?
What is your response?

Take time to Pray in response to the Lord – with praise and thanksgiving!
Look again at verse 2 as you turn to prayer

In Jesus’ Name
Amen.

Midday
Take time to listen for God to speak with you at this time of day
‘Thy Kingdom come’ Father God
LORD our God…thank you.

Evening
Reading : read the passage again from Isaiah 12
Reflect on the words written here…. And then pray to the LORD our Saviour God in response
Father God, our gracious God, hear our evening prayers,
As we bring our evening songs of praise to you
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Thy Kingdom Come

Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Father God

Reading : 2 THESSALONIANS 3 verses 1-5

Meditation : take time to consider the theme of PRAY FOR this morning
As you consider Paul’s words here.
Read the verses again as you turn them into your morning prayer for others

Take time to Pray for others known to you as your day starts.

In Jesus’ name we name others before You, O God
And ask for Kingdom blessings upon them – even today.
Amen – we pray together.

Take time to listen for God to speak with you at this time of day
…..and respond to His voice….
Father God…thank you.

Evening
Reading : read the verses again from 2 Thessalonians
Reflect prayerfully on these words from Paul…. And then pray as your day closes
