Morning
Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Father God
Reading : EXODUS 5 verse 22 – chapter 6 verse 1

Meditation : consider what is said here in these few verses.… at the start of the day.
What words stay with you?
What is God saying to you today?

And then Pray in response to what you have read
Taking time to wait before God

Father, Son and Holy Spirit,
I have read these words
And now I pray for you to work them out
as a living reality in my life – even today.
In Jesus’ name.
Amen.

Midday
Take time to listen for God to speak with you at this time of day
Father God…thank you.

Evening
Reading : read these 3 verses again
Reflect prayerfully on these words…. And then pray as your day closes
LORD God, our great God,
For all of today
I thank You,
Even for those things that have caused me fear and concern.
Help me to rest in Your unfailing love and on Your faithful Word
As I trust you for tomorrow.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

O Living and True God,
God of mercy and justice,

Hear our morning prayers and heal our land.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen we say together.
