Morning
Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from God, the Three in One

Reading : PSALM 38

Meditation : consider all that is said here as your day starts.
The Prayer of a Suffering Man.
What is your response to God’s written Word today?

Then turn to pray to God in response
For yourself
For someone in need known to you

O LORD our God,
Thank you for all these words
And all they teach me.
Hear my morning cry
In Jesus’ name, Amen

Midday
Pray God’s blessing on the work of the Dominican Republic Bible Society
O LORD, give blessing and hear our prayers we ask this day.

Evening
Reading : read this passage again from PSALM 38
Reflect on the words you have read and then pray in response – to this God, our God

LORD God, our God, God of protection and help,
Hear the evening prayers of your people
For we are indeed in need of help and comfort and healing
