Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Father God
Reading : MATTHEW 5 verses 38-42
Meditation : consider these words of Jesus about dealing with revenge.
What do they mean for you today?
What is God saying to you from them?
And then turn the words into your morning prayer
As you pray for others and yourself.

Take time to listen for God to speak with you at this time of day
In the Upper Room….or where you are
Ask…… seek…… knock……….hear!
Father, thank you.
Evening
Reading : read these words again of Jesus
Reflect on the words spoken and then pray in response to what they say to you
Father God,
Forgive me, help me
And those I name before You
