LORD God,
Thank you for sending Jesus
As we offer our sacrifice of praise to you

Pray God’s blessing on the land and people of Afghanistan
O LORD, hear our prayers at this time of day and have mercy we ask.
Evening
Reading : read the verses again from Isaiah 42
Reflect on its meaning for you and pray in response…to the God who saves and forgives
O Living and Loving God, hear our evening prayers
And forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sinned against us even today.
