Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Father God

Doing what Pleases God.
Which words stay with you?
What is your response to God’s Word today?
Then pause to pray to this God, our God
And so we bring our morning praise to you, our God
Forgive us our sins
As we forgive those who sin against us
Help us do what pleases you
Guide our leaders
We ask

Pray God’s blessing on the Church in Syria
God of grace…hear our prayers and pour a blessing we ask
Evening
Reading : read these words again from ROMANS chapter 13 verses 1-3
Reflect on the words and images – at the end of your day
and Pray with honest words in response to this God – our God
O LORD, hear our evening prayers
Forgive us our sins of this day
As we forgive those who have sinned against us – even today
As we trust our nation and her leaders to you
