and then pray humbly in response, to stand firm in Christ Jesus
O LORD God,
As I read these words
Make them true in my life.

Pray for the work of TEAR Fund, helping a needy world
O LORD, our God, hear our cry!

Reflect on the words and then Pray in response
O LORD, hear our prayers we ask
As we give you our thanks for all of today.

Pray to hear and receive from God, the Holy Spirit

Reading : 2 Thessalonians 2 verses 1-12
Meditation : consider what Paul was teaching here and what these verses say to you                  

and Pray in response to be true to the Truth
O God of Perfect Truth,
Hear my morning prayer
And by Your Spirit’s help
Make me a person of truth.
Amen we pray together this new day.

Father God, hear our prayers and bless them real good we ask

Reflect on this God who was at work in Thessalonica and pray in response to Him
for your church and the church worldwide

Meditation :   take time and consider all that these verses say and teach…

then pray in response – noting verses 16-18

Reflect….on the facts and then Pray….to the Lord who will return
God of resurrection power and hope
