You are invited to pause and pray with others as you prepare to step into Sunday
You may want to revisit the Daily Devotions for today
You may need to name others before Father God
You may want to be still in God’s Presence

As part of God’s Church we have participated in the global prayer venture of Thy Kingdom Come each year. This runs during the 11 days between Ascension and Pentecost…..and this year it will happen May 13th-23rd.
You are invited to be a part of this.
You are encouraged to plan ahead in preparation.
More information will soon be shared from the Prayer Team.
Each Saturday at 12 noon we are continuing to ask and seek and knock on Heaven’s door…..’Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done’…..and to pray for up to 5 people we know to meet with Jesus and to experience God’s Kingdom reign in their lives. Who is on your list?
This week we focus on the theme of PENTECOST as we pause to pray with others.
We are encouraged to pause and take time with the LORD our God on this particular Saturday in April 2021.
To cry out for a fresh outpouring of the Spirit in our times…on our nation…on the Church…into our lives…
To ask…..seek…..knock…..wait…..listen…..receive from Him.
Thy Kingdom Come O God!!
Morning
Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from God, the Holy Spirit
Reading : ACTS 20 verses 32-38
Meditation : take time to consider these verses this morning.
Paul’s farewell prayer at Ephesus.
What words stay with you?
What is God saying to you today about Prayer?
And then Pray in response to what you read – to this God of ours.
Look again at verses 36-38 as you turn to prayer
As you pray for others who live at a distance from you
In Jesus’ name
Amen and Amen
Midday
Pray the Prayer for the Month as your own midday prayer
God of Peter
God of yesterday
Hear us
Answer us
God of Paul
God of today
Lead us
Help us
God of James and John
God of tomorrow
Guide us
Use us
And may we be careful
To give You all the glory!
In Jesus’ name
Amen
Evening
Reading : read this passage again from ACTS 20
Reflect on this God, your God, our God…. and then Call on Him in your evening Prayer
LORD God, our God, receive our praise
For all you have done for us
For your help and protection even today.
May you continue to reach and save people
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done across our world
In our church family, in our community, in our city.
In Jesus’ name. Amen.
