Meditation : As we pause with God, take time and consider these words this morning.
Which fruit is high on your prayer list at this time?
Then pause to pray to the God who gives this fruit of the Spirit
Holy Spirit

Fill me
Give me more
Use me
Even today

Midday
We give thanks for our Kirk Session
God of grace…hear our prayers and pour a blessing on each and all we ask
Evening
Reading : read these two verses again from GALATIANS 5
Reflect on each fruitful word – at the end of your day
and Pray in response to this God – our God
Holy Spirit
Help me
Fill me
Give me more
Use me
Even tomorrow
O LORD, hear our evening prayers

Pause to Pray for Others
On this Wednesday in October…as the nation and the world still wrestles with new cases and vaccine supplies…and other points of crisis and concern… you are invited to pause and continue to pray with others in our city and across the nation…to the LORD our God, our Father God.
You are encouraged to pray for all those affected by the coronavirus – in our community, in our nation and in our world – and for parts of the world in turmoil at this time
For family and friends and neighbours
For the supply of vaccines across the world
For NHS and Care Home staff across the nation
For our country and world leaders at this time of decision making as COP26 approaches
