Reading : ACTS 3 verses 11-26

Meditation : take time to consider what Peter said here.
What is God saying to you from these words?
What is your response to Him?

Pray in response to what your have read – for yourself and for others

Of praise and worship
Of confession and trust
Of understanding and need) 

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Pray God’s blessing on the persecuted Church in Egypt

Father God, hear our prayers and protect them we ask – in Jesus’ name.

Evening

Reading : read Peter’s words again

Reflect on their meaning and then pray to his God, our God, in response

Father God, hear my prayers as this day ends.
In Jesus’ name,   Amen.

Reading : ACTS 3 verses 1-10

Meditation :  take time and consider what happens here.
What words stay with you?
What is God saying to you today?

and then pray in response to this God who heals

O LORD God,
God of healing
Thank you for what we read.
Hear my request for those I name before you
That you be praised in their lives!

O LORD, God of mercy, hear our cry!

Of wonders and signs

Show and teach us
How to live and be
So that you are praised
And others are added – even daily!

O LORD, bless them all real good we ask!

Father God, show your mercy on all we ask.

Reflect on the words and on this Jesus….and Pray in response to Him

O Lord Jesus, hear our evening prayers
And show yourself in our nation we cry out.
May the Spirit fall afresh on us.
Amen we call out together.

Meditation : consider these verses slowly, humbly.
What do they teach you as your day starts?
Who does verse 21 speak to you about?

and then take time to pray in response

LORD,
God and Lord,
I call out to you

In need
For others.
Oh pour out your Spirit
Again and again
And give salvation to those I name before you.
