What encourages and challenges you today?
What is God saying to you from His Word?

And then Pray in response – looking again at verses 3 and 4
As you prepare to step into Sunday worship with others

O LORD Almighty
Good and gracious One,
Hear my morning prayer
And have mercy
As I lay myself
And this day
Before you
In Jesus’ name.
Amen

Midday
Pray the Lord’s Prayer as your midday prayer

Our Father, who art in heaven
Hallowed be Your Name.
Your kingdom come
Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread
And forgive us our sins
As we forgive those who sin against us.
Lead us not into temptation
But deliver us from evil.
For Yours is the kingdom, the power and the glory.
Now and for ever
Amen

Evening

Reading : read these verses again from PSALM 43 at the end of your day
Reflect on these words as you look back over the day and then Pray in response
For yourself and for another journeying through a time of exile

LORD God, our gracious God, hear our prayers this evening
As we return our sacrifice of praise to You
And trust you for tomorrow

In Jesus’ name. Amen.
