Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from God, the Holy Spirit

Reading : EZRA chapter 5
Meditation : take the time to consider these particular words this Saturday morning.

What are you encouraged and challenged by from God’s written Word?
Is there someone you are being prompted to contact today?

And then take time to Pray in response to Father God
Naming others known to you on your contacts list

Amen we pray together this new day.

Midday
Pray the Lord’s Prayer as your own midday prayer

Our Father, who art in heaven
Hallowed be Your Name.
Your kingdom come
Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread
And forgive us our sins
As we forgive those who sin against us.
Lead us not into temptation
But deliver us from evil.
For Yours is the kingdom, the power and the glory.
Now and for ever
Amen

Evening
Reading : read the verses again from EZRA chapter 5
Reflect on these events and people involved…. and then Pray in response to Father God
Thinking of othersd who have contacted you today

Pray God’s blessing on those on our Church Prayer List
Father God, hear our prayers and bless each and all real good we ask

Evening
Reading : read this passage again from EZRA chapter 4 vs 7-24

O LORD, hear our evening prayers
As we return our thanks to you
For all you have done for us
We believe
Help our unbelief
As we name others in our Church family before You this evening
