What is God teaching/reminding you?
What words stay with you?

And then pray in response – as your day starts
Pray your own words of faith and trust to the LORD our God.

Lord
With my eyes upward
I believe
Help my unbelief
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Midday
Pray God’s blessing on those facing end of life decisions
Father God…hear our prayers and bless each and all we ask.

Evening
Reading : read this passage again from MATTHEW 25 verses 31-46
Reflect on the verses and words spoken at the end of your day
and Pray in response to this Jesus – with your words of faith and trust

Lord
With my eyes upward
I believe
Help my unbelief
Give saving grace to those struggling with faith and doubt

O LORD, hear our prayers and bless them all real good we ask.

Reflect on the words you read and then pray in response

LORD God, merciful God, our God, hear our evening prayers
As we thank you for all you have provided this day
As we thank you for your Church worldwide
Telling others of this Jesus

Reflect on what you read and then pause to pray to our God in response

Praise the LORD!

The LORD takes pleasure in his people;
he honours the humble with victory.
Let God’s people rejoice in their triumph
and sing joyfully all night long.

And so to you, O God, we bring our evening words of prayer
Thy Kingdom come on earth we call out!

As we journey through this final day of the year….. with God – together – you may want to revisit today’s Daily Devotions from MATTHEW 3 verses 1-17 – as we conclude considering TELLING OTHERS THE GOOD NEWS about Jesus through 2023.

We PAUSE with the Lord in prayer as this day and year close….

We REJOICE in the help and blessings He has given this particular Sunday – to us and to others

We ASK for His presence, peace and strength – for ourselves and for others in our church family and our nation and in our world at this time – especially prayerfully supporting the people of Ukraine, Israel, Gaza, Somalia and other parts of our world in deep need at this time

We YIELD – say Yes – to His Kingdom ways for the days ahead
