Is anyone happy? Let them sing songs of praise.

As a Church we were part of the global prayer venture – Thy Kingdom Come.
This prayer continues around the world!
Each Sunday at Midday we will re-visit one of the 11 daily themes….and this time we revisit the youth videos.
This week it is OFFER – as we are encouraged to bring all that we are and all that we have in an offering to God’s Kingdom ways
Morning
Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from the Living God
Reading : PHILIPPIANS 1 verses 3-11
Meditation : take time and consider this passage this Sunday morning.
Why is Paul thankful?
What does he say about his prayer life?
Which words will you take with you today?
And then pray in response to this God we believe and trust in
Pausing – Rejoicing – Asking – Yielding
With thanksgiving!
Amen and Amen we say together.
Midday
Pray the Prayer for the Month as your midday prayer
Father God
As we pause with You
We ask
To be more like Jesus
To keep in step with the Holy Spirit
For others
To meet with Jesus
To know the help of the Spirit
Please
In Jesus’ name
Amen
Evening
Reading : read these particular verses again from PHILIPPIANS 1
Reflect on the words and images as your day closes
And then we pause to pray in response to this God we believe and trust in
Pausing – Rejoicing – Asking – Yielding
With thanksgiving!
Let us have confidence, then, and approach God’s throne, where there is grace.
There we will receive mercy and find grace to help us just when we need it.
What a Friend we have in Jesus!
Jesus, name above all names.
Amen and Amen we say together.
