Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Father God
Reading : ISAIAH chapters 52 and 53

Meditation : take time and consider what is said here through Isaiah.
Which words or images stay with you?
What is God saying to you today from these verses?

then pray in response as your day starts

Giving thanks for Jesus, the Lamb of God, Saviour for all.)

Midday
Pray God’s blessing on the Big Alpha publicity and the invitations issued to others.
O Lord, hear our prayers and use them real good we ask.

Evening
Reading : read these particular verses again from Isaiah 52 and 53
Reflect on the words and images here – and what God is saying to you at the end of the day.
Pray in response to this God of love who sent Jesus to die for us.
O LORD, hear our evening prayers as this day closes
As we bring our praises to You for Jesus the Christ.

Meditation : consider what these words teach you this morning about wisdom.

O LORD our God,
Teach us
As we live to see Your Kingdom come,
Your will being done above all else.

Midday
Pray God’s blessing on those unable to have a holiday away from home
LORD, hear our prayers and bless them each and all real good we ask.

Evening
Reading : read these words again from Proverbs
Humbly reflect on what you have read and then pray in response –
for yourself and for others
LORD God, Father God, hear our many different prayers.
And bless all we name before you we ask.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Reading : PSALM 103

Meditation : consider these words at the start of your day.
What words stay with you? How was the psalmist blessed by God?
Read again verses 1-5 as you turn to Him in prayer.

And then Pray in response to what you have read
Taking time to praise God this morning!

Father, Son and Holy Spirit,
I have read these words
And now I pray for you to work them out
as a living reality in my life – even today.
Pour out blessings that overflow to others I ask.
In Jesus’ name.

Read Psalm 103 somewhere in quietness…..and give thanks….
Father God…thank you.
Take time to listen for God to speak with you at this time of day
LORD God…thank you.

Evening
Reading : read the verses again from Psalm 103
Reflect prayerfully on these written words…. And then pray as your day closes
LORD God, our great God,
For all of today
I thank You,
Even for those things that have caused me fear and concern.
Help me to rest in Your unfailing love and on Your faithful Word
As I wait for tomorrow.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

What is your response to Him?

Claiming His truth and promises.
