#Praise – Thy Kingdom Come

In our land and across our world last month believers and followers of Jesus were invited to pause and pray for the Kingdom of God to be experienced and evidenced anew. This was a venture created by God through the Archbishop of Canterbury and others.

As part of our daily devotional rhythm on our website and social media pages – at 8am each Saturday morning – we are invited to pause and prayerfully consider the 11 themes brought to us by the Thy Kingdom Come prayer venture leaders.

Today we are invited to pause in God’s presence – and bring Him our prayers and songs of praise – for who He is and for all He has done and given!

Please take a few minutes to pray your prayers of praise this morning.

O LORD our God
Receive our praises
With songs of thanksgiving
In Jesus’ name, Amen and Amen!

#toJesus Thy Kingdom Come

In our land and across our world earlier this month believers and followers of Jesus were invited to pause and pray for the Kingdom of God to be experienced and evidenced anew. This was a venture created by God through the Archbishop of Canterbury and others.

As part of our daily devotional weekend rhythm on our website and social media pages – at 8am each Saturday morning – we are invited to pause and consider the 11 themes brought to us by the Thy Kingdom Come prayer venture leaders.

Today we are encouraged to pray for others to come to Jesus – to meet with Him – to become His disciples, living for Him – seeking His Father’s will to be done.

Please take a few minutes to pray for others known to you.
Please pause and pray for families to come to faith at Liberton.
Please pray for prodigals to return to Jesus.

O Lord, hear our prayers and show amazing grace we ask.
In Jesus’ name.
Amen

Thy Kingdom Come as it is in Heaven

In our land and across our world during the next 10 days believers and followers of Jesus are being invited to pause and pray for the Kingdom of God to be experienced and evidenced anew. This is a venture created by God through the Archbishop of Canterbury and others.

Today we are invited to pause in God’s presence – and to pray for His Kingdom to be a reality in our lives – in our church – in our city – in our land – in our world – as it is in heaven.

Please take a few minutes with God – on this Pentecost Sunday – and pause to pray for a Kingdom experience – even today.
Pray to see evidence of His Kingdom rule and blessing in our day.
Pray for His Kingdom will to be done – on earth as it is in heaven.

O LORD our God
Father
Son
Holy Spirit
We call out
Thy Kingdom Come
Thy will be done
Today
Tomorrow
Forever!
