Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Jesus
Reading : PSALM 54 verses 4-7
Meditation : take time to consider these verses this morning.
God is my help.
I will sacrifice an offering to God.
What is your response to God’s Word today?
Take time to Pray in response
Believe and trust in God for your help this day.
Offer Him afresh all that you are, all that you have.
Name before Him those you are concerned about.
In Jesus’ name.

Pray God’s blessing on those who work in the UK Parliament at this time.
Father God, hear our prayers, have mercy, give wisdom and pour out blessings we ask.
Evening
Reading : read these verses again from PSALM 54
Reflect on the way God has been your help – even today
and pray in response to Him – with humility
and for others known to you in need at this time
O LORD, our Lord, hear our evening prayers
As we return our sacrifice of praise
As we bring ourselves to you at the end of this day.
As we name others before You.
