Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from God, the Three in One
Reading : MATTHEW chapter 5 verse 3
Meditation : prayerfully consider these words this morning
The poor in spirit.
What is God teaching/reminding you about His Kingdom ways?
Is there someone you can encourage with these truths today?
Then pray in response to this God of ours
Pray with confidence
Pray with honesty
Pray with humility
In Jesus’ name

Pray God’s blessing on those on our Church Family prayer list
O LORD, hear our prayers and bless them all real good we ask.
Evening
Reading : read the words again from MATTHEW chapter 5 verse 3
Reflect on the words you read and then pray in response
LORD God, merciful God, our God, hear our evening prayers
As we thank you for all you have provided this day
As we thank you for your Church worldwide
Thy Kingdom come
Thy will be done
