Reading : JOHN 5 verses 19-23

Meditation : take time to consider these words spoken by Jesus
Which words stay with you?
What is God saying to you today?

Then take time to Pray in response to this Jesus

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Midday
Pray God’s blessing on those involved in managing our Finances
O LORD, hear our prayers at this time of day and bless them we ask.

Evening
Reading : read the verses again from John 5
Reflect on their meaning for you and pray in response…to this Jesus

O Living Lord Jesus, hear our evening prayers
And forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sinned against us even today.
Oh pour out a blessing on those we name before you
We ask this evening hour, Amen.

Reading : PSALM 119 verse 72

Meditation : take time to consider this part of the psalm.
What is God saying to you today from his Word this morning?
What are you encouraged and challenged by?

Pray in response to what you have read and considered

In Jesus’ name
Today this is my prayer
For I believe and trust in Him

Midday
Pray the Prayer for the Month as your own midday prayer

Jesus,
Son of God
Son of Man
Saviour
Teacher
Bread of Life
The Good Shepherd

Teach us
Save us
Feed us
Afresh

That we might truly be
Yours
And Yours alone
Amen

Evening
Reading : read Psalm 119 verse 72 again as your day ends
Reflect on the truths beyond the words and then Pray to this God …our God
Including for others known to you in need at this time

O Father, Son and Holy Spirit, hear our evening prayers
As we praise You for who You are
As we return our thanks to you for the blessings of this day.
As we name others in need before You.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
