Pray for Summer Buzz on TV!

Morning
Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from God, the Holy Spirit

Reading : PSALM 101 verse 2

Meditation : take time to consider these words this morning.
What do they mean for you?
What is God asking of you at this time in your life?

And then Pray in response to what you read – to this God of ours.
Ask
Seek
Knock
Receive

In Jesus’ name
Amen

Midday
Pray the Prayer for the Month as your midday prayer

As we consider being “fearfully and wonderfully made” in Your image God, we think of what makes us special. Our five physical senses which enable us to experience joy, pleasure, and wonderment, at your creation Also, we, like you, have knowledge, understanding and wisdom.
Most of all our heavenly father you have imbued us with love, that deep sense of care and empathy which raises us above your creation.
We receive your love to dispense your love, may we continue to do so in Jesus name. Amen

Evening
Reading : read this part of PSALM 101 again

Reflect on your God, our God…and your life at this time…..
and then Pray to Him in response

LORD God, our God, my God,
Thank you
For who You are
For all you have done for us, for me.
O hear my evening prayer
Be near me
Help me
Purify me afresh
In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Call to Midday Prayer

Lord, hear my prayer!
Listen to my plea!
Don’t turn away from me
in my time of distress.
Bend down to listen,
and answer me quickly when I call to you.

Together we say Amen – as we pray for others known to us in need at this time

and his faithfulness continues to each generation
