Pray to hear and receive from Jesus, the Faithful One

Reading : Revelation 3 verses 1-6
Meditation : take time and carefully consider these verses. What did the Spirit say to this church? What is God saying to you today?

Pray in response for your church

O Lord Jesus
Be pleased with us I so pray,
And as I read these words
Hear my prayers
And make us overcomers!
Even today!
Amen and Amen and Amen.

Midday

Pray for God’s peace on where nation is fighting nation in our world.
O Lord, hear our prayers 

Evening

Reading : read these 6 verses again

Reflect on their truth and then pray in response –
Father God, hear our evening prayers.

Pray to hear and receive from God who purifies His Church

Reading : Revelation 2 verses 18-29
Meditation : take time this morning to consider these verses. What did God say to this church?
What is God saying to you today?

Pray in response for your church.

O Lord Jesus
Teach us
Help us
And keep on speaking to Your Church
I so cry
For oh how we need You
Even today.
Amen.

Make the Lord’s Prayer your prayer at this time of the day
Father God, hear our prayer.

What is God saying to you this morning?

Then Pray in response for your church

O Lord, thank You.

Reflect on what God said – and pray in response to the LORD God

God of truth, come into my evening prayer to You.
As I pray for my church family, so begin the work with me I ask.
Thank you for today, and as I count my blessings
And offer my confession
Help me to trust Your words more,
And to open my life afresh to Your grace in Jesus, Name above all names.

Meditation : take time and consider this part of the Bible and this letter to the church in Smyrna.
What is God saying to you today?

Pray in response for your church.

O Father God,
Speak to our church in these days
As you have done and will do
until Jesus returns!
O give us open ears to hear what you are saying
and willing hearts to respond.
In Jesus’ name I ask, Amen.

Pray God’s blessings on our uniformed organisations – leaders and members.
Lord, hear our prayers

Evening

Reading : read these verses again

Reflect on what God is saying here and what He has been saying to your church in these days.
Then Pray in praise to Him at the end of this month, giving thanks for His amazing grace and gift of eternal salvation in and through Christ Jesus.
And for His worldwide Church – even yours!

And may our love be first and foremost for Jesus.

Reflect on the words and then Pray in response to the Head of the Church
O LORD, hear our prayers we ask.

 

HOW DO I RESIST EVIL?

Morning

Pray to hear and receive from God, the Holy Spirit

Reading : Revelation 20 verses 7-10
Meditation : consider the teaching here in this part of the Bible.
What is God saying to you?

and Pray in response to be on the right side of heaven’s victory.
O God of Perfect Truth,
Hear my morning prayer
And by Your Spirit’s help
Make me a person of victory.
Amen we pray together in Jesus’ name.

Pray for the Church in our land to know Sunday blessings tomorrow!
O LORD, hear our prayers we ask.
