Pray to this God of ours in response
Giving thanks to Him!

O Giving God

As I read these words.
Help me let the Holy Spirit work out these truths
Even today.
May you guide and bless others I care for
At this time in their lives
Amen – we pray together.

Midday
Pray God’s blessing on someone you have met or heard from this week
Father God, hear our prayers and bless them real good we ask

Evening
Reading : read this rich passage again from EPHESIANS 1
Reflect on the words and truths written here and pray in response to the Master Giver

Living LORD, hear our evening prayers and receive our praise
As we believe and trust in you
For the large and the small things in our lives
For the world we live in.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

A Call to Evening Prayer

As part of our daily rhythm of Prayer and Devotion you are invited to pause and pray with others as your day closes.

You may want to revisit the Daily Devotions for today from JOHN 3 vs 1-21 and consider afresh Jesus’ words.

You may need to name others before Father God.

You may want to be still with our God as you look back on your day.

On this particular Friday..as the nation journeys through this further stage of Lockdown.. you are invited to pause and pray with others in our city and across the nation…to the LORD our God, our Father God.

You are encouraged to pray for all those affected by the coronavirus

For family and friends

For all the playgroups, nurseries and schools in our city at this time

For NHS and Care Home staff in our city

For our country and our national leaders at this time of decision making

What words stay with you?
What is God saying to you today from His Word?
What is your response to Him?

Pray to this God of ours in response
Including for others on a journey meeting with God

O Living LORD,
I read these words.
Help me let the Holy Spirit work out these truths
Even today.
May you guide and bless others
At this time in their lives
As one and another are born again!
Amen – we pray together.

Midday
Pray with thanksgiving for the Gift of a Saviour to the world!
Thank you God for sending Jesus
Thank you Jesus that you came
Holy Spirit may others hear of Him this day

Evening
