WHY AND HOW DO I PRAY?
Morning
Pray to hear and receive from Jesus
Reading : Philippians 1 verses 1-11
Meditation : take time and consider the words written here by Paul.
What was he saying? What is God saying to you today?
Pray to the God of Paul and of the Philippian church for the words to be true for you
O God of truth,
I read
Help me believe
And trust in You more and more
May Your Holy Spirit work in and through me – even today
As You are doing across the world.
Amen – we pray together.
Midday
Pray for someone you know to meet with Jesus
Father God, hear our prayers and make this so we ask!
Evening
Reading : read these words again from Philippians 1
Reflect on this God and then Pray in praise to Him at the end of this month
Giving thanks for His amazing grace and gift of eternal salvation in and through Christ Jesus
And for His worldwide Church – even yours!
LORD God, our God, hear our prayers, as we return our thanks to You. Amen!
