Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from God
Reading : GENESIS 22 verses 1-19
Meditation : take time to consider all that happens here.
What words stay with you?
Imagine what Abraham would say to Sarah on their return…..
Then take time to Pray to this God, our God.
And ask Him to help you to sacrifice whatever He asks

Pray God’s blessing on those feeling lost in life
O LORD God, have mercy on those we name before you and hear our prayers this day.
Evening
Reading : read these verses again from Genesis
Reflect on the words and images …. and pray to the God who tested Abraham.
Hear our evening prayers, O God.
