What is God saying to you today from His Word?
What is your response to Him?

Pray to this God of ours in response
Including for others on a journey meeting with God

O Living LORD,
I read these words.
Help me let the Holy Spirit work out these truths
Even today.
May you guide and bless others
At this time in their lives
May we be a people who give you thanks
For victories won in Jesus’ name!
Amen – we pray together.

Midday

Pray God’s blessing on those preparing to speak God’s Word this weekend
Father God, hear our prayers and bless them real good we ask

Evening
Reading : read this passage again from PSALM 118

Reflect on the words and events here and pray in response to the Victory-Giver

Living LORD, hear our evening prayers and receive our praise
For your love shown to us
For the large and the small things in our lives
For the victories won this day
For the world we live in.
For those feeling defeated at this time.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Call to Midday Prayer

Some were fools; they rebelled
and suffered for their sins.
They couldn’t stand the thought of food,
and they were knocking on death’s door.
“Lord, help!” they cried in their trouble,
and he saved them from their distress.
He sent out his word and healed them,
snatching them from the door of death.
Let them praise the Lord for his great love
and for the wonderful things he has done for them.
Let them offer sacrifices of thanksgiving
and sing joyfully about his glorious acts

Words from this morning’s Daily Devotions – PSALM 107

As we name others in need known to us
