Pray God’s blessing on our Prayer Ministry Team
Father God…hear our prayers and bless each and all we ask.

Evening
Reading : read this passage again from NEHEMIAH chapter 8 vs 1-12
Reflect on the verses and words spoken at the end of your day
and Pray in response to this God, our God – with your words of faith and trust

Lord
I believe
Help my unbelief
Give saving grace to this struggling with faith and doubt

Pray with honesty
Pray with humility
Pray for those struggling with completing a task

O LORD, hear our prayers and bless them all real good we ask.

LORD God, merciful God, our God, hear our evening prayers
As we thank you for all you have provided this day
As we thank you for your Church worldwide
Telling others of this Jesus

Ask, seek, knock….hear!

God of grace and mercy and rich blessing, hear our prayers we ask.

Reading : read these verses again from NEHEMIAH chapter 4
Reflect on what you read and then pause to pray to our God in response

The LORD takes pleasure in his people;
he honours the humble with victory.
Let God’s people rejoice in their triumph
and sing joyfully all night long.

And so to you, O God, we bring our evening words of prayer
Forgive us our sins
As we forgive those who sin against us

Sunday Evening Prayer with Others

As we step into a new week….. with God – together – you may want to revisit today’s Daily Devotions from NEHEMIAH chapter 3 – as we consider BEFORE THE GOOD NEWS – GOD’S PLAN BEGINS through 2024.

We PAUSE with the Lord in prayer as the day closes….

We REJOICE in the help and blessings He has given this particular Sunday – to us and to others

We ASK for His presence, peace and strength – for ourselves and for others in our church family and our nation and in our world at this time – especially prayerfully supporting the people of Israel, Gaza, Iran, Ukraine, Russia, Yemen and other parts of our world in deep need at this time

We YIELD – say Yes – to His Kingdom ways for tomorrow
