Morning
Look Upward and Pray to hear and receive from Father God

Reading : HABAKKUK chapter 3

Meditation : take time and consider these words of faith as we pause with God today.
What is God teaching/reminding you?

And then pray in response to what you have read

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Midday

Father God…hear our prayers and bless this venture we ask.

Evening
Reading : read this passage again from HABAKKUK 3
Reflect on this part of the Bible at the end of your day
and Pray with rejoicing in response to our God – for His good gifts to you

Even though the fig trees have no fruit
and no grapes grow on the vines,
even though the olive crop fails
and the fields produce no grain,
even though the sheep all die
and the cattle stalls are empty,
I will still be joyful and glad,
because the LORD God is my saviour.
The Sovereign LORD gives me strength.
He makes me sure-footed as a deer
and keeps me safe on the mountains

In Jesus’ name, Amen!

Pause to Pray for Others

On this particular day in November…as the nation and the world remembers and still wrestles with new cases of the coronavirus and vaccine supplies…and other points of crisis and concern… you are invited to pause and continue to pray with others in our city and across the nation…to the LORD our God, our Father God.

You are encouraged to pray for all those affected by the coronavirus – in our community, in our nation and in our world – and for parts of the world in turmoil at this time

For family and friends and neighbours

For those grieving and mourning the loss of a loved one especially at this time of the year

For NHS and Care Home staff across the nation

For our country and world leaders at this time of decision making as COP26 continues
