Pause to Pray with Others

On this particular Saturday….as the nation journeys through this season of Lockdown.. you are invited to pause and pray with others in our city and across the nation…to the LORD our God, our Father God.

You are encouraged to pray for all those affected by the coronavirus

For family and friends

For all who live alone at this time

For NHS and Care Home staff across the nation

For our country and our national leaders at this time of decision making

Thy Kingdom Come #silence

As part of God’s Church we have participated in the global prayer venture of Thy Kingdom Come each year. This runs during the 11 days between Ascension and Pentecost…..and this year it will happen May 13th-23rd.

Each Saturday at 12 noon we are continuing to ask and seek and knock on Heaven’s door…..’Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done’…..and to pray for up to 5 people we know to meet with Jesus and to experience God’s Kingdom reign in their lives.

This week we focus on the theme of SILENCE as we pause to pray with others in our nation and across the world.

We are encouraged to pause and take time with the LORD our God on this Saturday in April 2021 – between Good Friday and Easter Sunday

We are invited to be still in God’s presence…..to wait…listen…ask…hear…receive…..
