Pause to Pray for Others

On this Easter Sunday…..as we pause at the empty tomb…as the nation and the world wrestles with the crisis in Ukraine – a major concern before us at this time… you are invited to pause and continue to pray with others in our city and across the nation…to the LORD our God, our Father God.

You are encouraged to continue to pray for all those affected by the coronavirus – in our church family, in our nation and in our world, where many are still waiting for vaccine supplies – and for all those in need on our Church Prayer List at this time – and for the various parts of the world in turmoil at this time

For family and friends and neighbours

For Church leaders across the world at this time

For NHS and Care Home staff across the nation

For those who are feeling anxious about others at this time

Praise the name of Jesus!

For God so loved the world
How deep the Father’s love!

There is a Redeemer, God’s own Son
Thank you, O my Father!

Forbid it, Lord, that I should boast
Save in the death of Christ my God

When I stand in glory
I will see his face,
And there I’ll serve my King for ever
In that holy place.

Amen and Amen!
